DIDACTIC ACTIVITY
The business is also a didactic small farm organised with a room equipped with the appropriates instruments for the development of true and own lessons on specific arguments (wild plants
destinated to medicine and food).
The audio-visual aids are instruments of the room, the posters of wild plants. With the “green room”
exists a true erbari, understanding like collection of various plants ( beyond 100) that serve for
medicine and gastronomy.
The guided visits for the schools, but also for tourists happen in company of experts of the field and in particular of the Doctor Tocci, director of the institute for the sylviculture and with his daughters.
In order to carry out the visits it is necessary to reserve.

Between the subsidies of “the school in the forest” a series of books exist published for you from the Doctor Tocci and daughters and from Alberto Santucci.The arguments of the witnesses speak about gastronomy, protection acclimatise , forest botany, truffles and truffle-cultivation.
